Automobilia/Deductible Options

After nearly 20 years in this business, we’ve learned that people who collect cars often collect all things automotive.

That’s why we’re excited to offer three new classic auto policy endorsements.

Automobilia Coverage

Any historic or collectible item linked with motor vehicles is eligible, including petroliana (gas pumps, station displays), model cars and other toys, license plates, posters and signs, painting and prints, hood ornaments, automotive literature and more.

• No inventories, schedules, appraisals or receipts required
• $0 deductible on most losses
• Blanket limits available, with up to $5000 in coverage per item
• Fair market value, open perils, subject to exclusions

Automotive Tools Coverage

Any tools used to maintain or restore collector vehicles are eligible. Portable carts, toolboxes and accessories also qualify.

• No inventories, schedules, appraisals or receipts required
• $250 deductible
• Blanket limits available, with up to $1000 in coverage per item
• Fair market value, open perils, subject to exclusions

Spare Parts Coverage

Any collector vehicle spare parts are eligible, even those intended for a vehicle that isn’t covered on a Hagerty policy.*

• No inventories, schedules, appraisals or receipts required
• $0 deductible on most losses
• Blanket limits available, with up to $5000 in coverage per item
• Fair market value, open perils, subject to exclusions

*Clients also have the option of increasing the basic limit of spare parts coverage already included in policy ($750). Only spare parts intended for the vehicle(s) covered on the policy are eligible for the increased limit of coverage.

Deductible Options

We’re also excited to offer new deductible options – all designed to give your clients control of their premiums and help you sell! These new deductibles can be applied to:

• Antique vehicles with an Agreed Value of $50,000 or more
• Classic and modified vehicles with an Agreed Value of $25,000 or more
• Exotic and special interest vehicles with an Agreed Value of $25,000 or more
